Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OurAg (ourag.farmetrics.ai) and OurLand (ourland.farmetrics.ai), operated by JJ Agritech Enterprises LLC(“we”, “us”). One account and subscription cover both. By creating an account or using either service you agree to these terms.

The service

OurAg answers questions about ranching and livestock using peer-reviewed and government research sources, with citations. It is a research reference tool. It is not veterinary, medical, legal or financial advice and does not replace a licensed veterinarian. Answers can be incomplete or wrong; check the cited sources and consult a professional before making decisions about animal health, drug use, withdrawal periods or emergencies.

OurLand answers questions about outdoor recreation and conservation on US public lands using official government guidance and peer-reviewed research, with citations. OurLand is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, rescue, or legal advice. If anyone is hurt, lost, or in danger, call 911 and contact the nearest ranger station. Trail, weather, fire, and closure conditions change quickly, and hunting and fishing regulations differ by state and change every year: always confirm with the managing agency and your state wildlife agency before you go. OurLand includes material from U.S. Government sources; we claim no copyright in original U.S. Government works.

Your account

You must provide an email address you control and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.

Plans and billing

  • The Free plan includes a limited number of questions per month. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
  • Unused monthly questions do not roll over.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse OurAg: no scraping or automated bulk querying, reselling access, attempting to bypass plan limits or security, or using the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content

You keep ownership of the questions you submit and grant us permission to process them to provide and improve the service. Cited sources belong to their respective publishers.

Disclaimers and liability

OurAg is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of livestock, crops or income, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date above; continued use means you accept them. You may stop using OurAg at any time, and we may end or suspend access for violations of these terms.
